The Wholesome Woman is a not for profit organization located in the heart of New Haven, CT. Our mission is to assist uninsured African American women live healthy, fulfilled lives. The Wholesome Woman is an outreach and education program that provides information about breast cancer, provides access to breast cancer screening for uninsured African American women living in Connecticut and in the event that there is a positive finding, assist women receive further diagnosis and treatment.
